RETURNS POLICY
- back You are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period after you have received your order, whereby you have the right to cancel for any reason. Therefore, if the goods ordered have been received, and you are not happy with them, you can return them within 7 days for a full refund. HOWEVER, THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO COMPUTER GAMES, DVDs AND SOFTWARE IF THE OUTER CELLOPHANE PACKAGING OF THE PRODUCT(S) HAS BEEN REMOVED. If you return these goods for a full refund with the cellophane packaging still intact, we will endeavour to refund your monies within 5 working days. If your item arrives faulty, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange an exchange. You are allowed a reasonable time to verify that software is operating correctly. All software is guaranteed for 30 days against manufacturers defects. All returned software will be tested by us to confirm faulty operation. Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery, therefore you are strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. You are advised to package the product adequately as we cannot accept liability for any damage incurred during transit. We endeavour to make sure the product you ordered arrives in perfect condition. If for any reason you are unhappy with any aspect of your order, or our service, please contact us with the details. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days. |
